Photo, Video, and Audio Release

By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that the event may be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded. You grant the event organizers, its representatives, and partners the irrevocable, worldwide right and permission to:

• Use your name, likeness, image, voice, and appearance captured during the event.
• Publish, reproduce, and distribute these materials in any media format now existing or developed in the future.
• Use these materials for promotional, marketing, educational, or post-event materials without compensation or further approval from you.

If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify the event staff at the registration desk upon arrival.
